Dear Friends,
Happy Monday! Did you know that every month has a birth flower or flowers with special meanings? The birth flower for May is the Lily of the Valley. It represents humility, sweetness, and a return to happiness. I think that's lovely, don't you?
The chicken embryo inside the egg continues to develop and grow on Days 12, 13, and 14 of incubation. It now has fully formed eyelids and a body covered with feathers. It is also sensitive to sound! The embryo has completed two of the three weeks it will be inside the egg.
I am happy to start another week of learning with you, friends! Remember: Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.
Love,
Ms. Kaim
